I would like to learn Modelica language but I'm a newbie...
So I need simple example or tutorial step by step for understand functional logic
Where I can find this examples (also video, pdf, university course, etc.)?

You might check out the Xogeny company blog: http://blog.xogeny.com/.  There are several Modelica related posts there, e.g. http://blog.xogeny.com/blog/eqs-to-comps-2/).  Nearly all the posts there that discuss Modelica include links to a GitHub repository that includes the source code.
