Free Vehicle Dynamics Library

The papers
1)  " The VehicleDynamics Library — Overview and Applications"  ,
2) " MODELICA vehicle dynamics library: Implementation of driving maneuvers and a controller for active car steering "
3) " Motorcycle Dynamics Library in Modelica"

refers to an old Free Vehicle Dynamics Library that existed.

Is this " Free Vehicle Dynamics Library" exist now in some archive? If so, is there a link to download the same.

I should note that it's a very old library and probably won't work very well in OpenModelica as many things were not standardized at this time.

Can we make use of this package? How is its Difficulty?
I want to model a full vehicle in omedit by this.
