Modeling of a gantry system

Dear reader,

I'm having trouble with modeling a gantry-like system. I want to drive the motion in the y-axis with two motors (each on one side). However, when I try to model this (see attachment), the model would be over-constrained. My guess is that the model fails because of the rigid body I use but I'm not sure. I tried to find flexible bodies (in free libraries) but with no success. Any tips?
