Hi, I also interested in this question. I failed to find any command which can save plot to png or jpg or bmp. But it is possible from omplot, so likely this command just does not visible?

In OMPlot, you can save an image which is the same as the displayed widget (sizes and so on).

I wish it would be simpler but i got that i should switch to gnuplot for my purposes.
