Is there a way to implement lookup tables with linear interpolation in Openmodelica?

I'm working on implementing Dryden wind turbulence model in Openmodelica. To do so i need to define transfer functions whose coefficients change with user input. This is not possible in Openmodelica since the transfer function definition requires coefficients as parameters.
Can someone please propose a solution.
