I would like to know if the official releases of OpenModelica for Windows
(the ones that can be downloaded from the website) are compiled for performance?

Which optimization flags (e.g.- O2 or - O3) were used to compile versions 1.9.1 and 1.9.3 for Windows?
Do these versions also include any debug information?
