having a look at your message it seems quite a strange bug. The warning messages you posted are usual, you don't have to care about them.

I guess the best thing to do would be to open a new ticket on the SomForge Trac system: http://trac.ws.dei.polimi.it/simforge, specifying:

1. if you're using a 32 or 64 bit OS,
2. the java version,
3. a screen shot of the SimForge application while running of your pc,
4. the way to replicate the bug / which the missing buttons were.
