I am trying to follow "README-BUILD-WINDOWS.txt" to build OM on windows
on step
-M Get buildNightly.bat file and put it into c:\dev\OpenModelica_releases

I tried to access the link and I got an error msg as following,
"Access Denied

rigoryan is missing the Workspace permission"

So, can someone point me to how to setup permission needed for downloading buildNightly.bat?
