Hi

In the Modelica standard library, the ElastoBacklash model appears to be underdetermined. I am seeing this error message if I try to use it as a component, or if I use the Gearbox object which includes ElastoBacklash:

   Symbolic    12:35:00        0:0-0:0    Too few equations, underdetermined system. The model has 6 equation(s) and 7 variable(s)

If I open the component and check it, I get the following feedback:

   Class Modelica.Mechanics.Rotational.Components.ElastoBacklash has 8 equation(s) and 11 variable(s).

I was expecting this to be a complete model and not a partial one - am I wrong?
