I have just installed the OpenModelica 1.9.4 final release on Win10.

I got a problem with the gcc compiler that I solved by deleting the following KEY from the Windows Registry:  Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\safer\codeidentifiers\0
