Implementing Equations

This is my first post in this forum. Can anybody tell me how to write a mathematical equation inside a block as shown in the feedback loop of the snapshot attached with this post.

i have tried atleast 5 times to attach a snap but its failing. so forget about my problem, tell me how to attach a snap on this forum.

Is that a block you wrote yourself or one that is in the standard library (if so, what is the name of the block)?

If it is a block you wrote yourself, go into the text view of that block and add the equation.
