BUG: OMEdit GUI, component properties window, tabs missing scrollbar

Hello Developers,
I didn't want to register as developer so using bug tracker wasn't possible. Hence I posted the bug here and hopefully some developer will catch and fix it! current/smile

The Problem:
Component properties window doesn't have scroll bars on tabs. Hence for example properties tab is squeezing all the properties to unreadable. This is a serious GUI usability problem especially on low resolution systems (I'm using 1366x768 resolution laptop and it's already a problem). Picture tells more than thousand words:

OS I'm using: Windows 7 64-bit
OMEdit version: 1.8.0 (r10584)

Hi lepokorp,

I have now fixed it in r(10996). Scrollbars are added.
