PlanarMechanics doesn't work on fresh 1.16.1 install

To set op a twodimensional friction problem I want to use the PlanarMechanics library.
But I can't get it to work on a fresh openmodelica 1.16.1 install.

I get similar errors on both systems and a warning involving "Modelica of version 4.0.0" see the linus errors below.

Any idea what i should do?
