When the process is slow, how to make sure simulation is done in a few ms while representing months in the real world ?

I mean that I use the System Dynamics module. I would like to have a time increment of One Month even the simulation runs at CPU speed. In the Simulation setup I see only "seconds" in the "Simulation interval". How can I decorralate the simulation internal time and the application time ?
