Failure to open Libraries

I am having trouble loading the PowerSystems 0.6.0 library from the last time I have used it. I keep getting Script Errors. Is this a common problem?
I am downloading the most recent update (OpenModelica=v1.13.2-64bit.exe) to see if this clears the problem.
