DLL integration with OpenModelica model

Hello,
I have a .dll model describing behavior of a component. How can I connect this .dll with a Modelica model?

I have used .so files ( linux equivalent of .dll) and it has worked fine. I followed the instruction given in :
Modelica Specification section 12.9.4
