I have successfully downloaded the v1.11.0 installer, tried to install but the program fails to start -  it does not even give an error message. My pc has an i5 M480 processor and 4Gb RAM. I have tried both 32bit and 64bit versions, no chance. Instead, v1.9.7 installs without any problem. Any suggestions?
