OMNotebook does not start under Windows XP

Hello
OMNotebook does not start under Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
I used the following installation packages:
OpenModelica-1.6.0-revision-7524.msi
OpenModelica-revision-7763.msi
Is there anyone who working under Windows XP or other Windows versions?
   Thanks in advance.

I installed OMNotebook on other computers and she running without problems.
Perhaps the reason was insufficient RAM.
