Reading a ngspice netlist

Reading a ngspice netlist

Is there an example somewhere that shows how to use
the OMEdit (Tools) function that imports an NGSPICE netlist?

Re: Reading a ngspice netlist

No there is no example. Normally you choose "Tools->Import ngspice netlist" and select ngspice netlist file. This will automatically create a Modelica file where your ngspice netlist file is located. OMEdit automatically opens the created Modelica file.

Not with this file. Nothing happens, as far as I can see.

Re: Reading a ngspice netlist

The "import ngspice netlist" option available in OMEdit doesn't work for me. However, in OMShell I am able to see few files being generated by using the command "ngspicetoModelica". But I dont get the corresponding Modelica file. Could anyone try to import spice netlist and let me know if it is working for you ?
